Green Belt training on Problem solving with Innovation

This training program is based on use of Patent based innovation tools with or without six sigma (as  per assessment & need). Our training modules are designed for industrial innovation to help business owners and executive learn and apply innovation with TRIZ tools with or without six sigma. Business owners can solve problems of product design, operation management, quality assurance, marketing, sales or even finance using innovation tools without investing in much time or money.

The complete training is divided in five modules. Every Module has one assignment based on your live problem, completing all assignment will lead to solve your problem yourself and a valuable certificate from us:

• Module 1: Understand and define your problem. Identification of contradiction, roles and responsibility clarity.
• Module 2: Understand your system, process, energy and available resources. Measurement system design is also part of Module 2
• Module 3: Analyze to get possible solution using advance tools of innovation and/or six sigma
• Module 4: Improve and test the results.
• Module 5: Develop long term innovation plan for proactive problem solving
